Abstract

The article describes the experience of the 30-yearold staying as the director of the Vasyl Sukhomlynsky Ukrainian Collegium. The author devotes this article to the 100th anniversary of V.O. Sukhomlinsky, and represents the innovative achievements of the college pedagogical staff, whose activities were defined by the concepts of «good pedagogy», «pedagogy of the heart», «sincere work», native language education, best Christian values, childhood centering .
The article contains a lot of reflective indentations of the author, in which he constantly addresses the famous scientist, director V.O. Sukhomlinsky, imagines that he would say, as if he had solved this or that problem, he re-reads every time his work, looks for answers in them and finds them thersell, because the themselves are creative and spiritual. Pedagogy of goodwill is credo!
In the article the author proposes a new philosophical-axiological conception of the creative heritage, constructive ideas of the great teacher V.O. Sukhomlynsky in the measure of pedagogical action, implemented in college on the basis of innovation, national pedagogy, Ukrainian studies priorities, pedagogical skills.
The article will be interesting and useful for teachers-practitioners, young teachers, directors of institutions of general secondary and vocational education, scholars, educators, all involved in the issues of spirituality education in the formation of the individual.
