Abstract

This article is devoted to the importance of creating optimal conditions for the improvement of teachers` professional training level in a basic educational school. The article presents the experience of training teachers concerning the improvement of their professional skills and knowledge in Gymnasium of Ivanivka (basic school) Ivanivka district Kherson region.
